Parking
Off street parking is available to our guests for $6 a day April 1 through September 30. Parking is complimentary between October 1 and March 31.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before 4pm of the day of arrival Sunday through Thursday and 72 hours prior to arrival on Friday and Saturday.

Credit Card Policy
The Palms Oceanfront Hotel accepts all major credit cards.

Check-in Time
Check-in time is at 4 p.m., and check out time is at 11:00 a.m. If late checkout is requested, there may be an additional fee. Early check in may be requested but cannot be guaranteed prior to 4pm.

Guarantee Policy
Generally we cannot guarantee any room number or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests.

Pet Policy
The Palms Oceanfront Hotel does not allow pets.

Smoking Policy
The Palms Oceanfront Hotel is 100% non-smoking.

Towel Policy
The Palms Oceanfront Hotel does not provide beach towels for guests. Please feel free to bring your own or purchase a beach towel at one of the nearby surf shops. (The Palms Oceanfront Hotel’s bath towels are not permitted at the pool or on the beach)
