Best Rate Guaranteed
Our Isle of Palms Beach hotel guarantees that the rates found through our official website are the lowest in comparison to other online sources for same day searches. If you find a better rate, please contact us and we will gladly match it upon verification.

Parking
Off street parking in a city lot is available to our guests for $6/day per car plus tax located directly across the street from the hotel with ample parking for all guests. There are loading/unloading areas underneath the hotel, and 2 additional spaces at the front of the hotel,  for guest use during check-in/check-out times.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before 4pm of the day of arrival Sunday through Thursday and 72 hours prior to arrival on Friday and Saturday. Modify / Cancel Current Reservation

Credit Card Policy
The Palms Oceanfront Hotel accepts all major credit cards.

Deposit Policy
The Palms Oceanfront Hotel requires a deposit of $150 per room per stay due at check-in. Guests are required to present a credit card to be authorized for this amount or make payment via cash. Authorizations will be released five to ten business days upon departure.

Destination Fee
A city destination fee of $1 per day plus tax will be applied to each guests room.

Age Restriction
Our Isle of Palms Beach hotel guests must be 21 years of age to check-in.

Check-in Time
Check-in time is at 4 p.m., and check out time is at 11:00 a.m. If late checkout is requested, there may be an additional fee. Early check in may be requested but cannot be guaranteed prior to 4pm.

Guarantee Policy
Generally we cannot guarantee any room number or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests.

Pet Policy
The Palms Oceanfront Hotel does not allow pets.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited at The Palms Oceanfront Hotel including in our garage area and guest room balconies.  Guests smoking in non-designated smoking areas will be charged $150 per violation.

Towel Policy
Our Isle of Palms hotel does not provide beach towels for guests. Please feel free to bring your own or purchase a beach towel at one of the nearby surf shops. (The Palms Oceanfront Hotel’s bath towels are not permitted on the beach)
